  1. Handling all inbound & outbound phone calls 
  2. Dispatch of jobs to drivers
  3. To accurately convert phone & email work requests into scheduled bookings.
  4. Accurately operate booking system & dispatch jobs to the drivers, using GetTimely, email, phone and Xero.
  5. General administrative work.
  6. Assist in general marketing, admin, database management.


The Employee is charged with the following responsibilities:

  1. To maintain open communication with the office manager, General Manager and Directors of ASG Limited , and to accept guidance and coaching.
  2. To be part of team meetings and participate.
  3. To plan and prioritise each working day.
  4. To track and record Key Performance indicators of each day's bookings & sales.
  5. Use Timely booking system to track and confirm all bookings.
  6. Time tracking entry for drivers, to support wages.
  7. Help to assure that accounts receivable are collected on time. 
  8. Receive delivery of cleaning chemicals.
  9. Procedures manuals are developed and used, e.g. reception, phone answering, and bookings.
  10. Communicate with customers and drivers to keep all parties informed of the job dispatch schedule and updates.
  11. Typing, producing and sending direct mail. 
  12. Any other duties as may reasonably be required to fulfill the purpose. 
  13. General office organisation
  14. Meeting minutes & distribution to the team
